Large organizations are moving to a new phase of internal collaboration and communication using social tools.
The last two years has seen a shift from managers questioning the value of micro-blogging and other enterprise social media to giving permission and even encouragement to their employees.
The next logical step is for managers to actually use the tools themselves inside their organizations, to lead.
