Heineken brews strong employee engagement - Kelly Kass

How do you connect 75,000 employees working in 140 breweries in more than 70 countries and instill a sense of pride in the organization? Through sport, of course.

That’s exactly what Heineken did. After a survey revealed that employees didn’t have enough knowledge of the brand’s sponsorship, the Internal Communications and Heineken Brand Team joined together to launch the Heineken Internal Table Football Competition (HitFC) – a campaign that recently won the European Sponsorship Award for best employee program.
