This week I have been working through some provisional numbers from this year’s Digital Workplace Trends survey. I can’t help but share something startling and discouraging with you.
So far, with this year’s early data, 40 percent of the organizations are either “not really satisfied” or “not at all satisfied” with their current search engine’s features and the quality of the content being returned by the search engine.
Search has stalled over the last 24 months
